Delaware County: Men's Shelter of Delaware County https://www.mensshelterdelco.org

The Society of St. Vincent DePaul Conferences of St. Mary Church in Delaware, OH and St. John Neumann Church in Sunbury, OH in partnership with other churches and community organizations share a goal of having a men's shelter operational for men returning from the Delaware County jail in 2024. The Men's Shelter will provide a safe place to transition back into society providing a place to sleep, nutritious meals, and assistance to access local social services, the legal system, and mental health services. Staff will assist the men in developing job skills as well as relationship and basic life skills.

 

 

Licking County: St. Vincent Haven https://svdphaven.org

St. Vincent Haven is a 50-bed emergency, program-based shelter for men 18 and older who are homeless in Licking County. Services are geared to assist residents toward self-sufficiency and independent living on a permanent basis. Residents receive safe shelter, support and advocacy. Assistance is provided to residents to help them find employment, improve educational skills, address mental health, health or substance abuse issues and permanent housing.
